Products & Ordering
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
If your payment is declined or reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order and pursue collection of any amounts owed.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the countries listed during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Marjan Atelier Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We do not accept returns on:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Items damaged due to improper care or storage
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
