Processing Time

All orders are hand-processed and carefully packed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $75. This discount is applied automatically at checkout no code needed.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Please note that international transit times may vary and are not guaranteed. Marjan Atelier Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number.

Items eligible for return:

• Unopened candles in original packaging
• Items received damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received

Items not eligible for return:

• Candles that have been lit or used
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
