We craft every piece by hand and want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full. Please file your claim within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used candles and fragrances, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and respond by email, typically within 24 to 48 hours, with next steps.
