Every piece is made to order. We produce in 3 to 4 business days, then ship from Evanston, Illinois. Total arrival is typically 3 to 10 business days depending on where you are. You will see an exact estimated arrival window in your account under Order History.
All orders are hand-poured, packed, and shipped from our atelier in Evanston, Illinois.
Yes. International orders typically take 10 to 20 business days after production, depending on customs and destination.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and reorder more easily.
100% natural soy wax with premium fragrance oils. Poured by hand in small batches, never mass produced.
Our 6 oz candles burn approximately 40 to 45 hours. Our 4 oz candles burn approximately 25 to 30 hours.
Most candles are available in 4 oz and 6 oz. Car fragrances come in an 8 mL vent-clip bottle.
Let the first burn go long enough for the wax to melt edge to edge, usually 2 to 3 hours. This prevents tunneling and sets the wax memory. Full guidance is in our Care Guide.
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on heat, airflow, and how often you drive.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it in full. File within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days, with return shipping covered by the customer. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. See our Returns & Refunds page.
We are sorry. File a claim on our Returns & Refunds page with a photo and we will make it right, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
